Enjoy the best of both worlds, with proximity to restaurants, shops, and the Gulf of Mexico just outside your door. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and sun-worshippers alike, it’s the perfect getaway any time of year!



Summerwind West 1003 is a beautiful tenth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Beautiful interiors and cozy furnishings set the stage for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master suite showcase expansive views of beautiful Navarre Beach. Sink into the couch or loveseat in the living room, catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or simply open the doors and let the ocean breeze drift in. Your small party or large group will find room to spread out at the dining table or breakfast bar, and plenty of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen makes preparing, serving, and storing your favorite snacks and meals a breeze. Take in the breathtaking views from the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony, the perfect spot for catching the sunset. The guest suite is equally accommodating, with two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. With four DVD players and a stereo, the whole family will be entertained indoors and out throughout your stay!



Lap up the summer sun poolside while the kids splash and play in the fresh outdoors. Afternoon strolls on our sandy beaches are a must before venturing out for some delicious seafood. Enjoy the views and the food at Juana’s or Dewey Destins, take a stroll on the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, then rent a paddleboard or bikes and explore the stunning Navarre scenery!



Beach Chair service is provided at this location March 1st through October 31st.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. The hosts were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the master bathroom tub and shower were unusable. Even though there is a shower head, there is no way to turn it on. The bathtub had no plug, so it was also unusable unless you stuff a wash cloth into the drain. Fortunately, the second bathroom shower was operable. If there had been more people staying there, the shower would be a bigger problem.

This condo is located in a well maintained complex with direct beach access. The condo has beautiful beach views and direct beach access. We spotted different types of sea life daily: dolphins, stingrays and turtles. We enjoyed the benefit of having beach chairs that were included with our stay. While the condo was clean, it could use a deeper cleaning and some updates. Overall, it is a really good value.

The property was exactly as described. Scenic Stays was quick to respond to the issue of no WIFI. It did take 24 hours to get someone to come to the condo. Ultimately, the owner needed to fix the issue. IOverall, a great place to stay.
