Peaceful Clearwater Retreat by Lake

Come stay in our safe and quiet little backyard house that was opened in early 2023. Make a cup of coffee or a complete meal in the fully-equipped kitchen! Use our front house porch or garden bench to sit by the lake and relax. The front home faces East, so you can watch sunsets by the lake.
Sit on the private back patio and enjoy the sun. Very rural setting near the end of a dead-end road. Listen to the birds singing! Enjoy the ducks, turtles and other gifts of Nature. Sometimes we hear owls at night. Walk a few blocks to a small park with a creek. Very beautiful and peaceful. Close to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and Safety Harbor.
Friendly owner is in front house and loves to help when needed.

Why they chose this property

My home is 3 houses from the end of a dead-end street and it is ON A LAKE!
I live amidst all types of nature - beautiful Oak trees, ducks, turtles, squirrels, rabbits, owls, and more! I really feel blessed to be living here.
We are only a few blocks from Dunedin, and about 15 minutes from Downtown Clearwater, which is being redeveloped with astounding new features. Easy to get almost anywhere from here.

What makes this property unique

The location is fabulous. The lake is breathtaking. It reminds me of the movie "On Golden Pond."
The guesthouse itself was built new in 2023. We used tile for the floors, and beautiful tile in the bathroom and full kitchen. I am artistic, and used pretty colors to give it a light, bright, clean feel. The neighborhood is super quiet. We almost always have a slight breeze. There's also a private patio behind the guesthouse.
