Michael, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found the condo itself fantastic, but we apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We understand your frustration regarding the restrictions on golf carts within the gated community and the lack of mention of this in the ad or communications. We'll work to ensure that this information is clearly communicated to future guests. Regarding the laundry facilities, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the need for quarters. We'll consider your feedback about including free laundry in the rental cost or finding alternative payment methods for the machines. We're sorry to hear about the malfunctioning washing machine and the slow elevator. We'll address these issues with the appropriate parties to ensure they're resolved promptly. We apologize for any difficulty you experienced during the check-in process, including obtaining the code for the main gate.
