This home is located inside the village of Angel Fire, within walking distance to the lake as well as several hiking trails. It is directly adjacent to the national forest, so you will have frequent visits from wildlife including deer, elk, bears, bobcats, and foxes. It is minutes away from the golf-course, resort, ski slopes, and bike parks.

Climb the stairs to your very own treehouse in the forest!

You will find comfort after a day in the great outdoors in the cozy cabin. Sit in front of the fireplace after a long day of skiing and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, or provided local coffee! Relax on the comfortable sofas and read, stream a movie, or play one of the provided games or puzzles with your family.

Cook up a meal for your family in our fully equipped and open kitchen! It has everything that you need! After a day of fishing you can clean your fish on our outdoor fish cleaning sink, or grill up a meal on our outdoor grill.

Have a lively game of Bocce Ball on the best outdoor court in Angel Fire while you enjoy 3 acres of forest around you, but don’t be surprised if the deer interrupt!

Curl up and sleep well in one of the three bedrooms with luxury linens provided by our professional cleaning service. The cabin is very far from other accommodations making it extremely quiet at night and very private.

The kids will love the loft as well! Sit on the elevated patio amounts the ponderosa pines and watch them play in the forest adjacent to the property.

Home was beautiful, deer eating in the yard when we pulled up. House is fully furnished so you'll have everything you need. Check in was simple. Views breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Do not stay here!

This property is not well maintained. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE! The house had clearly not been cleaned. The heating in the home was not adequate not to mention the risk of the home being burned down while you or your family are there because of all the furniture being pushed up against the heating vents on the floor. The kitchen table legs were a good example. The bedding smelled like pee. Dust everywhere. There were spider webs through the house. The upstairs loft has a half bath but only accessible via ladder. It has 1 full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a half open wall to the rest of the house. Cannot believe VRBO would allow a host like this! I tried to contact her multiple times and she does not reply.

We love Angel Fire because of the year-round activities. We enjoy skiing, mountain biking, going for hikes with our kids and dogs, kayaking on the lake, and fishing. If we could stay in Angel Fire all the time, we would!

Why they chose this property

We love to come to Angel Fire to enjoy all of the amenities. This cabin is on 3 acres and feels very secluded. We love to enjoy the wildlife the wander through our property from the adjacent national forest. We also have great fun sledding, building snow men, and playing Bocce Ball right on the property.
