Quick getaway

Had to go with a serious “ plan B” when our 1st reservation fell through. Great result with this property and the couples involved . Had a great week condo was spacious and right on the beach. Very well stocked kitchen, very good host

Great location, nice accommodations, perfect vacation spot

This is a great condo! It was much larger than I expected and was very clean. It is well stocked with plenty of towels, plates, utensils, etc. It is in a fantastic location with private access to the beach and two nice swimming pools. Communication with the owner was simple, he responded to everything very quickly and resolved any issues immediately. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed in South Padre and the price was on point. We loved staying here and will definitely be returning.

Great Spring Break

Great location - just steps from the pools, hot tub and the beach! Fully stocked kitchen and had basic spices. Communication was simple. Wish there were more bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. It was nice that they had 4 beach towels for use. Also wish there was more seating in the living room. But overall a great place to stay!

Nice location. Pool heater was out so that was a bum. Carpet did not appear clean. Very worn. No trash bags. No deal breaker just don't like to have to go purchase items that I assume would be included.

Disappointed with property.

We were not very impressed with the overall condition of the property. For instance, the back door would not lock so we had to sleep with it unlocked so several nights until we realized we could jiggle with the deadbolt. The front full bath room toilet seat came completely loose, and the seal around the base of that toilet leaked onto the floor urine. The exhaust in that same bathroom does not work. The dining room light had one bulb that worked. These may sound like petty complaints, but we paid a lot of money for this condominium and expected it to be in good condition. We will not be returning to this property in the future.

We've stayed in the Seville for years this was a great room. Going to the pool was super easy being in the first floor.
