A Cozy Light-Filled Retreat in Queen Anne, Seattle
Our guest suite is a mix of 1926 charm & modern updates, located in the heart of one of Seattle's beloved neighborhoods, one block from Queen Anne Ave. Walking distance to charming coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, local shopping, & Kerry Park overlooking Elliott Bay & the downtown skyline. We are 1 mile (with a hill) from Climate Pledge Arena and the Space needle, a 5 min. drive to Downtown, Ballard, Gasworks Park, MoPop, SPU & Fremont making this location unbeatable. Enjoy eco-friendly touches in our cozy inviting space.
The space Keeping with the history of our 1926 home, we restored and retained many of the original pieces of this space, our guest suite is a mix of vintage and modern with the original kitchen sink and cabinets, exposed wood walls and metal fire doors, but we also brought in modern and eco-friendly updates with a marble walk-in shower and pump toilet. You will also find eco-friendly touches such as filtered water faucet, reusable dishes and soap dispensers for your use. This is a studio space with kitchenette and living room area. There is a queen bed with way too many pillows and 800 thread count sheets, a couch, a smart TV and Wifi. Double French doors open up to a tiny outdoor seating area (too small to call a patio but perhaps worthy of your morning coffee moment.)
Kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee french press, popcorn maker, ice trays, filtered water, dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, wine & champagne glasses. Popcorn, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.
Please note: Our VRBO studio space is located on the bottom floor of our home, from 10:30pm - 7am enjoy quiet. During the daytime hours there will be some noise from upstairs. We have a kitten, he is not allowed in the guest suite but we do launder bedding and towels in the same washer/dryer as the rest of the house. We have installed a eco-friendly pump toilet, the pump will run for several seconds when you flush the toilet or shower. You have your own private access to the guest suite and locking doors to the rest of the house. The queen bed is lofted, you will have to step up 2 stairs and reach it from the foot of the bed.
This space is set up for two guests, if you are interested in having more than 2, please contact for approval. There is also a $30 per each additional guest fee, maximum guests allowed is 4.
Please no smoking, vaping, or burning incense. No pets.

Perfect distance from the city, close enough for easy access but far enough away to get a break. The room is very cozy and relaxing, a home away from home.

It was such a wonderful stay! I cant wait to come back.
The room was perfect for my wife and me for a weekend in Seattle. It was cozy and comfy and walking distance to everything we needed. Would stay there again.
It was a great stay with my fiance and I loved the neighborhood and this cute delicious bakery called Moonrise that was so close by, was the cherry on top. Thank you!
My wife and I stayed two nights in this studio while we were traveling through Washington. The listing was exactly as it was stated and cozy and the bed was comfortable! The neighborhood is perfect location for getting to several different parts of the city, and it was really quiet. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in Seattle.
If I hadn’t had plans to be in Olympia, I would have enjoyed more time staying all week. I lived in Seattle for almost 20 years - and revisiting Queen Anne as I was tucked in to this enchanting space was a treasure!
My friend and I had a great stay at this VRBO. It's such a a cute neighborhood and an easy busy ride or 2 mile walk to downtown. Everything was clean and comfy.

Cozy wonderful apartment. Short walks to all the city sites. Property owner lives onsite and is so easy to work with. Will stay there again next time I’m in Seattle.
We enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet and parking was not a problem. The place was comfortable with a few odd quirks like the shower not being in the bathroom, but everything was nice. The location was perfect for our plans and we felt safe and cozy. We would stay here again.

The apartment was super cute and well designed. The shower was large and powerful and the toiletries were lush. We loved the neighbourhood and particularly enjoyed the farmers market where we purchased a collection of berries that had been picked that morning, the best almond croissant I have ever eaten and a tasty pizza. We also enjoyed the choice of cafes and bars which were practically on the doorstep. If you enjoy walking, Seattle downtown was around 40 minutes but there were also buses to take you there. The apartment was cosy and welcoming and nice to come back to after a busy day exploring.
Lovely little hideaway in an elite Seattle neighborhood, walking distance to all of upper QA.
Great communication, hosts were accommodating to my desire of an early check in. Everything exactly as advertised, great shower pressure and super comfy bed. Wish we had had more time to spend here, but suited our short trip perfectly. Absolutely adorable studio!
This spot was adorable, comfortable, convenient and in a great location! Only needed it for a night before an early flight but wish I could have stayed longer. Easy communication with hosts.
We absolutely love this charming little studio! We had a concert at climate pledge arena and it was just a short walk away - we didnt have to worry about parking or traffic! Also just a 3 minute drive to Kerry park! The studio was clean and comfy and the perfect little getaway
Thank you you!!
We loved the neighborhood! We could walk to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. There was even a farmer's market we stumbled upon. The place itself was clean and quiet. The only weird noise was the water pipes when we ran the water or flushed the toilet but it was only for a few seconds each time. It is a finished garage so some noises were expected. The host provided all toiletries and dish/hand soap. We didn't need anything. The bed was comfortable and cozy in it's little nook. We would definitely stay here again!
This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Seattle! The studio was clean and so homey, we loved the twinkle lights above the bed. We were lucky to catch the beautiful cherry blossoms around the neighborhood and felt very safe too. The hosts were amazing and very communicative. (Even letting us know we may have left our car light on). 100/10 experience!
This was the first time I've tried any of these kinds of services and it worked out very well. The unit was cozy and quiet and the location was great to visit Seattle Center. There's a nice big hill in between the two to get some extra cardio in on your vacation, but also a bus if you want to skip it!
It was okay. They would do better to get rid of the dated shag rug and the sofa was old and uncomfortable. The bed was too soft for my wife, but I liked it. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but I would have felt it was cleaner if they had gotten rid of the rug and had a newer sofa. It was nice and quiet after ten pm. The host were great at communication. We arrived late and in the dark, and it was a bit confusing to find the keybox. They had a little bit of everything to make our stay comfortable, but a small 4 cup coffee maker would be nice. There were restaurants close by, but we walked downhill a lot to get to them. Unless you're used to running marathons, be prepared to take either an uber or public transportation back to your stay. They did have great wifi and TV.
