Amazing property, lovely garden, nice facilities and plenty of space. Ideal for groups and whoever wants a quiet place to stay that is a stone's throw from Florence.
Recommended, if I am back in the area, I'll try to stay there again

First of all this home is beautiful! Wonderfully furnished in every way. Kitchen is percecfly accommodating! But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! The hosts are amazing. Michael and Davita are amazing. You have to stay here to understand. Cheers!
Wonderful location, a little hard to find but worth it.
Lots of room for lots of people. We were only 6 adults, so we didn't really tax the space. I caution anyone trying to get to this location to be careful using Google Maps. Google knows incredibly little about this little enclave just outside Fiesole. It's worth it to find it. Follow the signs and you should get there. Having said that once you reach #5 part way up the hill. Just keep on going to the left and you'll soon see the next sign that will complete your journey.
The dining area and cooking area were very good. In the space of 7 days, you aren't always going out to eat every meal and sometimes a nice quiet pasta and wine dinner are all that was required.
We were right on the seasonal hub apparently. First two days, we needed the air conditioning as it was quite warm. The remainder of the time it cooled off (about 10 degrees C), which required using heat for some of our party.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms had ample space for luggage and hanging clothes. Water pressure was a little hit or miss for the bathrooms. It varied a bit from day to day, and we never could get the shower on the top floor to really function as a shower. Not a big deal to us, we just used other bathrooms.
The grounds were very appealing and we tried to spend as much time as possible on the terrace and garden. The mosquitos had other ideas, so we limited time.
