Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located place near the Durango casino and Uncommons. This new home gives a cozy and relaxing vibe with plenty of space for a family or group. Just a short driving distance to well known attractions such as Town Square, Las Vegas strip, T-mobile arena, Downtown Summerlin, and more. Easy access to nearby restaurants and 215 and I-15 freeway. The ideal getaway for your Las Vegas trip.
The space
Highly desirable Southwest Las Vegas location. This immaculate brand new home features modern design elevation and spacious floor plan. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, basic cooking essentials, coffee station, and plenty of housewares for your use.
The sleeping arrangement is as follows:
All 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed with brand new memory foam mattress. The living space has a sofa sleeper and an accent chair that turns into a single bed in the living room that can be used as a sleeping space.
The backyard is minimally landscaped and is not offered as an outdoor space for guests at this time.
Full sized washer and dryer available available in the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms except for the backyard and the locked hallway storage room on the first and second floor.
Other things to note:
We provide a starter kit of laundry soap, dishpans, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bag. We do not replenshing supplies during long terms stays. If you would like additional cleaning during your long term stay, it is an additional charge. Please message us for more info.
No pets allowed due to owner severe allergies to dander. We ask all our guests to be courteous of neighbors as this is located in a residential community. No parties or loud music at any time.
Ring doorbell is by the front door to monitor exterior perimeter of the home.
We are about 13 minutes from Town Square and 16 minutes from the strip. Nearby hospitals include St Rose San Martin, Spring Valley Hospital, and Southern Highlands. The Mccarran International airport and Raiders stadium is 14 minutes away.
