If you like the beach then this is a great place to stay!!!! Location, location, location!! Several great places to eat and 2-3 blocks from a gorgeous beach. Buzz Lighthouse right next door. Very nice place to stay. We had everything we needed. Well lit and secure area with it next to the Ritz Hotel and Ritz Residences! Lite traffic flow during our October stay. I would definitely stay again!!

This place was beautiful and serene! I loved the decor, the kitchen was perfect for the 2 of us with cooking. The bed was so comfy which is honestly one of the top reasons we picked this place! There used to be more of a water view before condos were built blocking the canal. Parking is below condo and felt safe and secure! Would definitely stay here again. We both felt rested and relaxed after our stay!

It was an amazing experience! At first the area outside was discouraging with all the construction. But that was mentioned and expected. But once we opened the door it was amazing! Beautiful condo nicely decorated and super clean. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is so beautiful inside and the pool water is nice and cool though you definitely wanna wear sandals on the pool deck. You are a block or two from the beach. When you sit on the sofa you have a brilliant view of the water in between the buildings. Recommend Buzz’s Lighthouse for a meal. The owners are do kind and respond immediately if you have any questions. This was my first time Vrbo and I loved the ease of everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The unit felt well-appointed and cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There is some nearby construction, but it should be wrapping up soon and it did not take away from our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Construction is definitely a drawback....they start early on weekdays!!Perhaps updated pictures would more accurately portray the views from deck and front window. Host was friendly and helpful.

6/10 Okay

I had a real issue with the misrepresentation of the unit. The picture in the VRBO App has the unit with unobstructed views of the water. Once we got to the unit there’s a whole building in front of the unit with a little view of the water. This is a complete mid representation

Great property and easy walk to the beach. All beach equipment was provided, and a lot of close by restaurants.

The listing describes the unit as updated in 2020 but things are tired looking and it needs a good deep cleaning. The bedding was not comfortable and did not feel very clean. The exterior of the building is very dirty and I’m sure the nearby construction is making it worse. The location is great.

Perfect for us

Location is great, short walk to the beach. While construction was ongoing, it wasn't really that bad for us. We kind of enjoyed sipping cocktails at the rooftop pool and watching the crane workers next door. It stops at 5:30, so nights are certainly peaceful. We love the location and was the perfect fit for us. Owners were excellent with the communication and support during our stay.
