Impeccably designed 1 bedroom condo just steps away from Vanderbilt Beach featuring nearly 600 sq. ft. of just remodeled living space and cozy screened lanai with peek-a-boo bay view.

Rooftop Pool Area with Lounge Chairs, Tables & Gorgeous Bay Views. Towels, Beach Towels, Umbrellas, Cooler & Beach Chairs all provided in the condo.

The open kitchen/dining/living area features new floors/paint, new transitional furniture (including comfortable pull out sofa and swivel chair) and a 65" flat screen Smart TV with Cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Kitchen was remodeled with new shaker cabinets, stainless steel sink and faucet, granite countertops and marble backsplash. Other appliances include stainless steel built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, flat surface induction cooktop and oven with air fryer. Small appliances include toaster and Keurig coffee maker all in new or near new condition. Silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc are also included.

The remodeled bath also features new white shaker cabinets, granite countertop and back splash, new stainless steel plumbing fixtures, new light fixtures, new tile floors and glass enclosed walk in shower with high pressure shower head.

Master bedroom includes comfortable king size bed with 55" flat screen Smart TV with Cable, Netflix and Amazon movies. There is a Pull Out Couch for the Living Room to Sleep Additional Guests.

Washer & Dryer in unit. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

It was an amazing experience! At first the area outside was discouraging with all the construction. But that was mentioned and expected. But once we opened the door it was amazing! Beautiful condo nicely decorated and super clean. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is so beautiful inside and the pool water is nice and cool though you definitely wanna wear sandals on the pool deck. You are a block or two from the beach. When you sit on the sofa you have a brilliant view of the water in between the buildings. Recommend Buzz’s Lighthouse for a meal. The owners are do kind and respond immediately if you have any questions. This was my first time Vrbo and I loved the ease of everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The unit felt well-appointed and cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There is some nearby construction, but it should be wrapping up soon and it did not take away from our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a real issue with the misrepresentation of the unit. The picture in the VRBO App has the unit with unobstructed views of the water. Once we got to the unit there’s a whole building in front of the unit with a little view of the water. This is a complete mid representation

The listing describes the unit as updated in 2020 but things are tired looking and it needs a good deep cleaning. The bedding was not comfortable and did not feel very clean. The exterior of the building is very dirty and I’m sure the nearby construction is making it worse. The location is great.

Perfect for us

Location is great, short walk to the beach. While construction was ongoing, it wasn't really that bad for us. We kind of enjoyed sipping cocktails at the rooftop pool and watching the crane workers next door. It stops at 5:30, so nights are certainly peaceful. We love the location and was the perfect fit for us. Owners were excellent with the communication and support during our stay.

The location was great, so close to the beach and some restaurants

Our manager. Suzanne was awesome. We needed new beach chairs and an umbrella. She delivered all the next day with a new cart and cooler! She made us feel so welcome! It was a great vacation!

When you get in the property and the front door looks like it was wrecked. I felt unsafe. The door looked like it was tried to be busted in. Told the host and they said, it was probably because of the previous person that was there. I AM SORRY' BUT THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE. I HAD PAID TO HAVE A SAFE AND NICE PLAY TO STAY IN. THIS MATTER SHOULD OF BEEN ADDRESSED ASAP AND THIS, BEFORE I GOT THERE. The owner was pushing it when they were pressing me to do a wash load. I am on vacation and I told the owner that I had put the linens and towels in the shower floor so that the cleaner would take care of them . I was not too sure on how their washing machine was working. They kept asking for me to do it. Ironic, as their information package which was on the counter when you walk in, TOLD US :'IF YOU CAN, PLEASE START A WASH BEFORE YOU LEAVE BUT IF YOU DO NOT, WE UNDERSTAND YOU ARE ON VACATIONS.'The bed was not comfortable at all. The building is so surrounded now with big buildings that there is no view of the ocean. The pool on the rooftop is not nice to attend as there is no shade at all. Except if you go super early in the morning or at the end of the day. All that being said, I ended up leaving a day early. The proximity of the beach was great but all the above make it so that I would not recommend anyone to go.
