A beautiful place

The house is very nice and close to the beach. It is very well equipped and has everything you need to relax. Great landlords who were always approachable. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great oasis near beautiful sanibel beach

Very lovely house with wonderful front and back porches. Easy short walk to the beach. House has plenty of beach gear, 2 adult bikes, and a lovely pool. Cooking in the kitchen is a little bit of a learning curve as the oven is only a small steam/conventional oven. A rectangular 9x13 Pyrex dish fits snuggly in the oven but nothing larger. I cooked for 6 adults multiple times and just opted for the grill. Beds were comfortable and 6 adults can stay there. There is not dining seating for 6 people inside the house- there is an outdoor table with 4 additional chairs but the weather was not conducive for that in February in the evening. Would be great for one family or 2 adult couples. Owners were sufficiently responsive to any questions I had. I did feel there was an issue with dryer not removing lint but that was not addressed while I stayed there (21days). I only mention that as there were a set a navy blue towels in the master that were unusable as they left a sheen of blue fuzz after a shower. There were lots of other towels but many had a soured smell from the hall linen closet and I had to wash them all before using. The pool was not heated upon arrival and owners said there would be an additional charge for the pool to be heated. That is not and was not stated in the house listing. Overall this house is a solid 4 star rental.
