Perfect Condo. Perfect Location.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. When we arrived, the condo was pristine. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked for cooking, grilling, etc. The closet was full of books, board games, tennis and Pickleball paddles, etc. The Condo was very comfortable, including the beds and the hot water in the showers. There’s probably more than I am missing! The only very minor issue is that it would be nice to have swimming available for an hour or two past dark. Possibly a hot tub in the complex? Otherwise, perfect.

Had a wonderful week.

Unit was very clean and bright, and the view was outstanding. Just what we needed. Key pickup and drop off were seamless. Complex was quiet, close to the beach. Bed and furnishings were in excellent shape and very comfortable. Only downside to me: I had planned on cooking most meals given the current state of affairs, and found the kitchen supplies a little tough. Pans were old (Teflon scratched through) and mismatched, not enough lids, in tough shape. Knives were plentiful but difficult (dull). In “normal times” it wouldn’t have mattered as much, we would have been eating out most nights. This was the only negative to this unit for us and could be easily remedied if so desired. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, the beach chairs were excellent!

Great condo with view and steps to the beach

The condo is very spacious and recently updated, especially the kitchen. It was just two of us, but it could comfortably sleep 4 adults and a couple kids on the pullout sofa. The photos do not do the gulf view justice! As soon as you step into the kitchen you get a breathtaking view. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach on a well maintained private boardwalk. The beach was not overly crowded and the shelling was excellent when we stayed. It was very convenient to have the storage space with all of the beach supplies we needed. It was also nice to have tennis and pickle all equipment to use on the courts which were in great condition. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and about 25 minutes to Captiva. Overall, I would recommend this condo and would gladly return in the future.

Great location

Two weeks of fun in the sun. Perfectly located and convenient to all Sanibel attractions - shopping, restaurants, beaches, wildlife preserve, etc. Well maintained unit equipped with everything you need to enjoy all that Sanibel has to offer.
