Relax with the family at this peaceful Cottage just steps from the beach. Enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to waves, or a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunsets.
Adventurous?? -bring your paddleboard or kayak and drop into the nearby bay.
We are in a great location with lots to do. You will be close downtown Newburyport where you can enjoy restaurants -shopping. This is a MUST stay cottage as we aim to give you the most memorable memories and family traditions..

Perfect for family

Great location 2 minute walk to the beach. Katee was on top of everything if any issues come up she is quick to respond. Very clean and kitchen is stocked with everything you need so dont overpack. Will book again next summer.

Adorable beach cottage!

Upon arrival to the cottage, we did not know what you anticipate. We were pleasantly surprised at the adorable, set up. The ease of the August lock made it simple to lock the doors when leaving. No key to worry about when you’re on the beach! Communication with the landlord was a dream. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and responsive. The landlords are wonderful to work with, and are very kind. The cottage is comfortable, relaxing and cute! It felt like traveling in time when you had good times at the beach growing up! When it came time to leave, it was very easy. We simply left the keys on the table. We put the trash and recycle out. Washed all the sheets . Locked the door with a code for the August lock and off we went. The cottage is very close to the beach… Approximately four houses. Additionally, it has a queen bed, lots of twin beds and a lovely summer porch totally closed in; there is also a full-sized washer/dryer which works perfectly!
