2 BR/2 BA Condo on Siesta Key

This two bedroom/two bath condo is clean and waiting for your arrival! Centrally located on Midnight Pass in the gated community of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, this unit has everything at your fingertips for the perfect vacation. Resort accommodations include two heated pools (one bordering the white Siesta Key sand), fitness center, private beach, business center, 24-hr security and office staff onsite to help with check-in and answer any questions you may have during your stay. You can walk the beach while watching the sunrise, or head one mile into the the famously known Siesta Key Village. The Resort provides lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Umbrellas are available to rent for a small fee. Beach front grills are available to reserve on a first come first serve basis.

This second floor unit that is conveniently located between the pool and tennis courts with only a short 650ft walk to the beach through the complex. There is an elevator in the building. For your convenience laundry facilities are available on the 2th floor.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and pool. The view from our room was of the parking lot, but that was expected. The resort staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.The only frustrating part was that the listing stated an 11:00 AM checkout, but the resort’s actual checkout time was 10:00 AM. Fortunately, the resort held our bags at the front desk so we could continue enjoying the amenities after checkout.

My 9 and 7 year olds loved the room. Kitchen, living room area, windowed breakfast nook area, they shared a bedroom and bathroom. While my husband and I had our own room and bathroom. They had a pack n play in the master bedroom closet for those traveling with little ones. Our walk to the beach wasn’t too far. On the way to the beach there are 2 pools. We swam at both multiple times. The reason for removing stars in value and online listing, I was lead to believe we would have a room with more of a beach view. We could not see the beach from our room. But overall, staff were nice. The area was beautiful and I saw security driving around often. Even when we were leaving the resort at 4 in the morning.
