Loved this cottage! Wish we had more time to putt around as there were lots of places to explore. Lobster Landing is a must and even though it rained we got a beautiful rainbow. We even got fresh flowers. Thank you so much Raj for snacks, coffee, and having the cottage comfortable for us when we arrived. Will be back!!!

The cottage was adorable. Raj left us milk & fruit in the refrigerator. There was coffee and tea available so we were able to enjoy coffee in the morning without leaving the cottage. We were close to restaurants and to my sister near by who we were visiting. Check in and check out times were easy. I would highly recommend staying here in the future. Thank you Raj for your hospitality.

The cottage was clean and the host was very helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants in the area. They supplied us with snacks, water and even fresh flowers! I wasn’t aware however that the cottage was a part of a motel that they are in the process of renovating so a part of the property was in disrepair.

It look me a little while to figure out the quirks of the coffee maker, kitchen area, and tv. The bed was comfortable and I slept well- I usually have trouble sleeping when I’m away from home. The shower is small, but I made it work.I’d definitely stay again now that I know how everything works!Raj was very responsive to messages and sent a lot of great suggestions for restaurants in the area. There were downpours and flooding on my only full day at the cottage and I had planned on spending time at the beach. I spent the day comfortable on the sofa and watched movies since it wasn’t beach weather.After checkout Raj texted me and offered me a discount on my next stay because of the rain and quirks with the TV! Definitely amazing host! The cottage was nice for one person. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

This was an excellent.very quiet property! It was very cozy, and felt comfortable and homey, like staying in “my own cottage” rather than a rental. The host was VERY welcoming and easy to work with, and it was clear that he was happy to have me! I would highly recommend the property and host. The cottage is on the property of an old motel that is empty, I’m told the host is going to turn it into more rentals at some point, but I really enjoy that type of thing (interesting historic-type buildings) and I loved how unique it made the property feel. Oh, and there was fresh fruit in the cottage!

We had such a wonderful one night stay at Shalom Cottage! The place was absolutely beautiful—so cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Raj, the host was truly amazing! He was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. We felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!
