Mt. Hood #12 is a beautifully designed Sunriver lodge vacation home perfect for large families and multi-group getaways in the heart of Central Oregon. Ideally located near Fort Rock Park, the SHARC Aquatic & Recreation Center, and over 30 miles of paved biking trails, this five-bedroom retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and mountain charm. With accommodations for up to 14 guests, it’s an ideal home base for year-round adventures.

Inside, the home features a bright and inviting open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, lodge-style finishes, and expansive windows that frame the surrounding pine forest. After a day exploring the Deschutes River, skiing Mt. Bachelor, or biking scenic trails, gather around the stone fireplace or unwind with a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The spacious layout allows everyone to come together while still enjoying room to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with your group. Whether you're cooking a family feast or a quick breakfast before heading out, everything you need is at your fingertips. Step outside onto the private deck to grill on the gas BBQ, dine al fresco, or simply relax beneath towering pines.

For ultimate relaxation, soak in the private hot tub after a day of adventure or enjoy the jetted tub in the downstairs king suite. The bonus game room adds even more entertainment space with a foosball table and comfortable seating, perfect for both kids and adults. Central air conditioning ensures comfort during warm summer months.

This Sunriver lodge vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and a bonus room. The downstairs king suite provides convenience and privacy, while upstairs bedrooms include a mix of twin beds, bunk beds, a queen room, and a spacious king primary suite. The game room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sofa bed.
Guests enjoy 12 unlimited SHARC passes, granting access to pools, tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina. The home also includes bikes, child trailers, and a baby jogger, making it easy to explore Sunriver’s extensive trail system.

Clean home, perfect location. We all had our own space, enough room in the house. Perfect place!

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of bikes to use, sharc passes, game room. The layout of the home was perfect. There were 10 of us and we all felt there was plenty of room and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

Family staycation

Overall the house is great, the space is great but the house needs some maintenance two of the toilets need new parts to flush or not run constantly. Having the sharc passes was awesome to take the family swimming and the game room was awesome for the kids

Family Annual Trip

Our family of 13 stayed here in June. The house was very comfortable for us all. Equipped nicely and location was great. Also very convenient that they had bikes available for the family. The whole family agreed that they would all love to go back

Spacious and nice location

Spent five nights with nine family members. We had plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the trails. Would stay again. The only bummer was it rained instead of snowed.

Great Location

The house is in a lovely location and has many usable bikes in the garage. The layout and furniture of the home is great. My only criticism is that the bedding (pillows, comforters) are thin and old and there are no beach towels. Also the kitchen is very barren with few usable pots and pans.

Perfect for our family!

Great location—close to a SHARC and the Village. Our family loved having a variety of bikes available to use and the SHARC passes! A/C was an added bonus since we had some hot days. When the A/C wasn’t working properly, someone came out quickly to repair, which we appreciated. It was so easy to contact and communicate when the property managers. Thank you for a great house for our family vacation!

Family reunion

The property is in a great location, we were able to use the bikes on various walks and bike rides. We really enjoyed the openness of the living room, dinning and kitchen. The only thing was TVs had a a hard time connecting to the internet, which wasn’t terrible because we really wanted to limit tv watching but if you are looking forward to watching movies or a game that my be a problem. Overall it was clean, welcoming and a great experience.
