About the host
Your host
My wife and I have been married for 43 years and are now retired. I was a hospital CEO for many years and my wife was a teacher.
Why they chose this property
When we first saw the water view of this first floor property, we were smitten. We have a sailboat and we can dock it at the Condo marina. Sailboats and cruisers pass by the patio all day and many nights there is a regatta.
What makes this property unique
The condo is located two blocks from town. Greenport has numerous restaurants and shops as well as a plethora of wineries a short drive away. There is also Orient Beach park that is a great bike ride or drive and has lots of diverse wildlife. There is also a nearby ferry for day trips to Shelter Island, Sag Harbor and the Hamptons.
