Thank you for your feedback, McKenzie! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the fantastic, walkable location! Our housekeeping team takes pride in their cleanliness, so it’s wonderful to know the unit met your expectations. There can be some city noise anywhere downtown, but our travelers have always loved the convenience of this spot. Hopefully, once the construction wraps up, it will be even easier to get around! Hope to see you back soon.

Happy you enjoyed your stay here, Cierra! Glad that all worked well during your stay. Parking in the entire downtown area are almost identical to the parking space here, but glad it worked for you too!

Thank you for your review, Tracy! Glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us. Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas. Come back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear communication was great and that the interior of the home matched the listing photos. We’re sorry the surrounding area and nearby construction affected your stay experience. As for the construction, it is a bit out of our control since it is a neighboring project. The listing was updated before your booking was made to make future guests aware. We appreciate your feedback and are glad communication remained smooth throughout your stay.

Hope we can get to host you back, Emily! we always want to remind our guest about the parking as it is the same with all the other downtown areas, happy that you made it work out too. Can't wait to have you back here!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you felt the property itself was great. We’re very sorry for the disturbance caused by the nearby construction - that’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. The construction is a neighboring project and unfortunately out of our control, and the listing was updated prior to your booking to reflect this. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you were still able to enjoy parts of your stay.

Kim, we're happy you enjoyed your stay with us! Glad communication and check in were a breeze for you all. We work around the clock to make our guest stay as comfortable as possible. Charleston is a fast growing city and the construction is a bit out of our control since it is a neighboring project. Hello Kyra, so happy to hear you found our place to be cute and very clean! Our professional housekeeping does a great job. Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas. We're always happy to offer an alternative space when we can as well. We encourage all guests to ask questions before booking, to make sure any of our homes are the right fit. Come back soon :)

Hi Kathryn, thank you for your review and feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciated our responsiveness. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, like the wine glasses and the dishwasher. Our team is available 24/7 and we would've been more than happy to drop off extra wine glasses and coffee filter as well as addressing the dishwasher had we known about it during your stay. As for the construction it is a bit out of our control since it is a neighboring project. The listing was updated before your booking was made. We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!

Hi James, thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positives about check-in and communication. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, such as the loose kitchen cabinet, rickety bunk bed, and other minor inconveniences. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention, and we’ll ensure they are addressed promptly. Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas. Apologies about your neighbor. We would've intervened if we know the noise was disturbing your stay. We hope you will give us a try again in the future.
