This is a beautiful three bedroom townhome, located just 200 yards from the Quicksilver Chairlift and one block walk to historic Main Street. Take some time and relax on your private deck featuring your own private hot tub and beautiful south-facing views. This townhome features beautiful furnishings, spacious vaulted floorplan, washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and a garage. Guest will also have access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool located behind the complex.

*Grills/BBQ of any sort are not allowed on the property

When renting at the One Breckenridge Place property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

**Upper Village Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from opening day of Ski Area to closing day of Ski Area**

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Family ski trip

We took our kids to Breck for the week of Xmas for western skiing! With kids 4-10, the proximity to lessons was absolutely key! Just a one block walk. It was excellent to have the hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing.

Loved the check in desk lady super amazing friendly and accommodating… house was clean and comfy only bad thing was that the jacuzzi was covered in snow as well as the patio. It was not shoveled.

Great Location

Very good location. Easy walk to chairlift and easy walk to downtown. The place was clean and plenty of extra pillows and bedding. Hot tub was great.

Great Location! Finishes could’ve been better for the price...

Our stay in Breck was great, and we could easily get to Peak 9 in a few minute’s walk from the property. The private hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Getting downtown and back was fairly seamless as well. Great location. I gave this property a 4/5 because I expected better finishes in the home for the price (i.e., the master bathroom toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall, the dining room seat covers were dirty, the carpet could use a cleaning, the master bathroom hairdryer did not work). Furthermore, I would’ve expected some amenities such as coffee grounds, shampoo, and conditioner, again, for the price we payed to stay.

Old, Dirty

The garage door did not work and, even though we made several calls to get it repaired, it never was. The furniture and mattresses are tired and old. The carpet is old and stained. The toilets did not flush well (had to hold the handle down). The blow dryer did not work. I made an attempt to speak to management but they never returned my call. I physically stopped in to the Breck location and they could/would not help.

Again, we are sorry that the garage door broke during your stay, however, we did have our on-staff maintenance team arrive to this townhome right away to assess and try to fix. In regards to the carpet - we deep cleaned the carpet in this townhome, and our housekeeping department cleans the carpet before and after every guest. Upon your arrival to our office to speak to management, you were speaking to our front desk manager who was able to provide you with the very best answers she possibly could during your stay. Again, we apologize that you were not completely satisfied during your stay, and we will continue to ensure that our staff, which is comprised of long time locals and industry veterans, continue to focus on the very best customer service for all of our guests. Due to the BBB's review of this complaint coming to the conclusion that our property is indeed marketed correctly, and that we handled the situation in a professional and timely manner, as well as confirming that our company continues to be at an A+ BBB rating, this review has been fully assessed and is now closed. Very comfortable place in a good proximity to skiing and the Main street.

It’s a comfortable and clean unit although bed mattresses could be better especially in guest bedrooms. Everything was working and in a good condition. One issue we had was with the thermostat. It was either too cold or too hot. We could never nail the right temp. We used hot tub outside and it was fun. The hot tub is quite new and in excellent condition. It comes with a garage and one additional space in front of the garage. Very conveniently located. 5 minute walk to the ski lift and equally short walk to the Main Street.

Vice locale with a few problems

Our condo at One Breckenridge Place was perfectly situated for easy access to the Quicksilver lift, Ski School, and ski shops. Great Western Lodging is the manager. They did a superb job. Check in was easy. We needed a few items and minor maintenance during our stay, and they took care of all of them literally within a very few minutes. Although the condo is attractive and well laid out and usually comfortable, the heat was difficult to adjust throughout the unit, and the master bedroom, over the garage, was quite cold. The stove was also difficult to adjust.
