Spyglass is a stunning 3 bedroom villa located on the top of the hill in an exclusive, quiet neighbourhood overlooking both the North and South shores. Close to everything but secluded and private.

Set in a private acre with spectacular views from North West Point and as far as North Caicos on the North side. To the South, expansive views from West Caicos to Bristol Hill.

The accommodation comprises a modern great room with vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen with 11 ft island and high end appliances, comfortable lounge area and dining area with a 10 ft live edge table offering seating for up to 8. There is a 30 foot wall of glass patio doors with spectacular views over the pool deck and to the North shore beyond. New for 2024, there are split AC units in the great room.

The three ensuite bedrooms all have king size beds. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and each boasts a luxury ensuite with large double vanities. Two of the bathrooms have extra large, barrier free walk in showers and in one bathroom is a soaker tub with a view! Each bedroom has split air-conditioning, however, because of its hill top location the villa is also nicely cooled by the gentle tropical breezes.

There is a large pool with stunning views over the north shore. The main pool is 36ft by 16ft, and the shallow area is 12ft by 10ft.
There's almost 5000 sq ft of external patios, on the North, South and West sides of Spyglass with lots of seating for guests to enjoy.

Spyglass is our family home and we only make it available to guests if we are not in residence. It is professionally managed in our absence, with our property manager available to assist at any time during your stay.

All areas of the main villa are available to our guests. There is a freestanding guest house on the property which will remain vacant.

We do not charge a fee for cleaning and we include a complimentary mid-stay light clean for our guests who book 7 nights or more.
Additional cleaning is available for a charge, as are services such as grocery shopping, private chef, concierge services etc.
We include a weekly limit of $150 towards AC, after which we charge back at cost at the end of the stay.
We do not have a local cable TV service, but have two smart TVs.
