Great property and great location

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. Although near major Naples thoroughfares and shopping, the property is very quiet. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning watching golfers less than 300 feet away. We were greeted us and showed around at our arrival and the owners were very responsive to any inquiries or issues we had.

Steve and Evelyn met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour. The condo was clean and was well stocked with anything we could have needed and more. We felt relaxed and at home. We both worked remotely for the month and the wifi was excellent. Morning coffee while watching some golfers was a nice way to start. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great with access to several beaches within a short drive, the Gordon River Greenway just 10 minutes away and downtown Naples an easy 20 minute drive. The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Mike and Denise, were fabulous renters. They treated our condo like their home. After they left, our cleaning service complemented how clean they left our condo. We would be very happy to have them back with us again in the future.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Steve and Evelyn’s condo is extremely well supplied with everything needed for a winter long stay. Completely outfitted kitchen, excellent bedding and towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The space is bright and comfortable with a great view of the golf course and even some stunning sunsets. All shopping is very convenient, as is the beach. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. They greeted us and gave us a guided tour of the condo and the complex and an overview of the area. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome Condo!

What an awesome place! From the beginning meeting Steve and Evelyn for the tour of the property, we were shown how to use everything in the condo and what was available, as well as outside areas that we were permitted to use. The condo was in awesome shape, everything you need was there and you didn’t want for anything. The place was very clean and updated and had a real homey atmosphere to it. The people we met in the community were very friendly and the location was perfect. There is much to do close by and you never had to travel far. We hope to be back next year if available. Thank you Steve and Evelyn!

Beautiful and very comfortable!

We were totally happy the minute we walked into the condo. Everything looked even better than the pictures. Most of all the condo was extremely clean and beautiful. We were so very comfortable from the first day until sadly our last day. The view of the golf course from the living room was stunning as well as the beautiful screened in porch. We were particularly very happy with the separate sinks in the master bathroom. The area is spectacular also, beautiful scenery and close to everything. We loved going for a walk on Woodshire lane in the morning or evening. They have a great heated pool too which was very clean with crystal clear water and comfortable lounge chairs. We highly recommend staying here. Also the owners were so very nice and very accommodating!

Having been a regular seasonal visitor to this exceptionally comfortable and well presented Condo for several years, I feel well qualified to sing the praises of Evelyn and Steve as wonderful landlords, particularly so for their for their high standards of cleanliness and the excellent level of equipment provided throughout. Their attention to detail and the maintenance of these very high standards has been a feature over the years we have had the privilege of using it. In all we have used the Fairways at Emerald Greens for 15 years and have found it a delightful community in which to stay. We have also had a great deal of fun and made many good friends over these years. Thank you both, Steve and Evelyn for facilitating these wonderful times and providing us with so many fond memories.

I rented this property for the month of March, 2015 and was pleasantly surprised that the advertisement was precisely how it was when I arrived. First of all one of the owners was there to meet me and show me around the condo and the grounds to point out the highlights. The condo is beautiful and there is nothing you need to bring other than your suitcase. I have already scooped it up for March, 2016 and look forward to meeting up with all the kind and fun residents that own or rent some of the other condos in this complex.
