Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Over booked and towed our vehicles

Asked owner if we could park vehicles there in advance of stay. Never responded. Owner never gave us code to get in to called around 7:30 to get it. He gave it to me. Get to house and owner towed all 3 of our cars then cussed me out when I asked if he towed our vehicles. This was before he realized that he over booked the property. Refunded me part of stay but haven’t gotten fees or $1500 deposit. Had tickets for game but could not go due to trying to find out where our cars were. All why being cussed out. Then had to drive 2.5 hours home at 9:30pm because we didn’t have a place to stay.
