Newly renovated modern house (no storm damage) on 1.2 acre of land with screened private pool and stunning lake view. Property is located in the beautiful Bella Villa, gated community in Bonita Springs. Pool area is partially shaded all day. No beating sun on you if you choose so. You can see different kinds of beautiful birds from the pool.

4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathroom, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen with island. formal dining room, family room with fireplace, and new washers and dryers, 3-car garage.

Kitchen is folly stocked with routine utensils and instant pot/air fryer, coffee bean grinder/maker. Smart TV in family room and every bedroom. Laundry room has brand new washer and dryer.

You have free access to Resort Amenities offered in neighboring Bonita Terra Club including 3 heated swimming pools, pickleball courts, softball fields, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, picnic and BBQ areas, a sauna, fitness center, bike riding trails, picturesque lakes and canals, driving range, golf carts allowed, 2 community clubhouses with restaurant and bar, billiards, darts, live music, dancing, clubs, bingo and special events.

Large flocks of water birds congregate in one community lake, perfect for bird watching and photographers trying out your artistic skills (the lake is within walking distance at intersection of Isabella dr. and Franco Ct).

Pick your own organic vegetables and fruits in Mark's farmer market just outside of the community.

Minutes to beautiful bonita springs beaches, trails, bonita springs downtown, Naples and Fort Meyer.

For people who have to work while on vacation, the formal dining room is relatively secluded and can be doubled as work space. Printer is also available.

Bell Villa Stay

Jay is a great host. His home is very nice and comfortable. During our stay he had the pool heated and that was nice given our visit was during February. If you are looking for a great place with access to some nice amenities, this is your place.

We enjoyed our stay except…

We especially enjoyed the pool area and watching the birds attracted by the pond. The house was lovely and roomy. We didn’t enjoy the trouble trying to enter the gate and when we couldn’t open the door or the lock box with the key inside.
