Great layout and location. Weren’t able to control heat so it was very cold in the morning. One couch and dining table needed repair. We had a clogged toilet- got no response from the property manager but we were able to fix it ourselves.

Hi Rob, We are sorry you had trouble with the heater. That is unusual for us not to respond to a phone call. There is always someone on call 24/7. We appreciate you business and input. The owners are having someone check the heater this week. Thank you! Bodega Bay Escapes

Beautiful house

This was a wonderful house for our family vacation! The rooms were plentiful, the beds were comfortable, and the views were stunning. The house was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. Note that the house is in the middle of a golf community and complex, so there are many walking trails but also golf carts running through. The only difficulty is that there were pretty stringent rules on being outside at night -- no hot tub or outside time after 9 pm which felt very early to us. Overall, exactly what we were looking for!
