This beautiful historic Irving Gill home is located in Bankers Hill and has views from the house and deck that are magical. Enjoy a relaxing time soaking in panoramic views of San Diego Bay, the Pacific Ocean, and the runway for dramatic takeoffs & landings.

Upstairs apartment with balcony

This apartment is not meant to be an apartment as it was split off from downstairs. The kitchen is a make shift kitchen, the refrigerator has an unclean odor, the master bed does not have its own bathroom, the only toilet has been built into a closet, and has no fan. The balcony furniture was too dirty to enjoy the space and view, and the place overall was very minimalist with sparse pictures, decor, only 3 towels, etc. The handle on the closet door popped off upon gently opening, and their are several unlit steps up and down into rooms, and when you get up in the middle of the night and aren’t familiar with the steps, it can be tough to navigate. The owner was nice and professional in communication upon check in, the master bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again.
