Our open-concept ranch home offers spacious living, a relaxing spa tub, red rock views, and walking access to two major trail systems. Kick back in the great room and gaze out at Thunder Mountain and the famous Coffee Pot Rock. Designed with comfort and style, this combined living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for enjoying meals and laughter with friends or family. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate up to six guests in comfort. Our master bath was recently renovated and features a walk-in rainfall shower and large, lighted mirror.
Located in vibrant West Sedona, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and both town theaters. A stadium-seating theater and an art-film theater are both just a few blocks away on 89A. The best of Verde Valley Wine Country is just a 20-minute drive south on Page Springs Road (don’t miss DA Ranch and Page Spring Cellars).
Sedona is a Dark Sky Community and you'll enjoy the stars right from the bubbling hot tub or around the gas fire pit on the patio on clear nights. A quick drive to Uptown or Tlaquepaque takes you to the heart of art galleries and shopping.
Great Room: Features include contemporary-style furnishings with a mid century flair, 65” Smart TV with cable and Sonos surround sound system, and a cozy gas fireplace and throw blankets for winter high-desert nights. Hang out with an assortment of board games, cards, and puzzles, including a chess board and vintage Clue. Gaze out at the natural light and red rock views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Kitchen: The kitchen has been stylishly updated and is well equipped with dinnerware, utensils, and both stainless and non-stick pots and pans. Stainless steel appliances include a gas 5-burner chef’s stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The designer countertops offer breakfast-bar seating for three and a built-in butcher block. A blender, Keurig coffee maker, and barware all contribute to a relaxing and fun stay.
Dining Area: The dining area offers a table and seating for four and access to the patio with outdoor dining for 6.

About the host
Hosted by Dawn Hagin & Adam Policky
We are Dawn & Adam, frequent international travelers and former hoteliers. We know personally that finding a great rental is paramount to a great stay. We designed this home with comfort and ease in mind. We hope you feel supremely relaxed and comfortable while you enjoy Sedona — a unique and special place in the world. Whenever we are home, we hit the trails so just ask if you don’t see what you need in our Online Guest Guide. A few quick tips: Get out to Cathedral Rock trailhead before dawn and discover the magic of this super-popular trail as the sun comes up. Everybody else will be hiking up when you are coming down. Oh, and without a doubt — book a reservation for Elote NOW. Worth the hype. Enjoy more casual dining at Butterfly Burger or Colt's BBQ — both in the Village of Oak Creek.
Why they chose this property
From a Sonos system, to a top-of-the-line Keurig, to a quality body wash, we believe it's the little things that truly enhance a getaway. Plus, whenever possible, we insist on eco-friendly products and work with a like-minded housekeeping team. Our home is super-close walking distance to the Thunder Mountain trail system, which links up to trails in the popular Soldier's Pass area. In other words, you can hike or bike for miles right from our front door. The neighborhood is quiet and star-filled, but also provides easy access to 89A. All four Sedona grocery stores (Bashas, Whole Foods, Natural Grocer, Safeway) are less than 10 minutes away. Both the stadium-seat and art-film theaters are just a walk down the road at the end of Coffee Pot Drive. The bustle of uptown is nearby, but the noise of the tourist district doesn't carry this far. Old Town Cottonwood is 20 minutes south, as are the wineries on Page Springs Road. Slide Rock and West Fork Trail are 20 minutes north. Our West Sedona house is the best of all worlds — close to absolutely everything, but a world away.
What makes this property unique
The house is set back from the road and offers plenty of parking (including one garage space). Our floor-to-ceiling windows look out to Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock. If you are a western buff, you'll recognize the view from numerous John Wayne films. The backyard hang-out space feels super-secluded and cozy.
