Located on the quiet side of the island. Cozy house with deck and fenced in yard. Walk to the back beach- great for kids, or bike to the ocean. Fun restaurant/bar at the end of the road with fire pits and picnic tables. Can't beat the sunsets! Go on a whale watch, Blue's Cruise or Fireworks Cruise on one of the charters at the tip of the island.
Want to step off the island? Downtown Newburyport has everything you need. Top notch shopping and restaurants. Concerts at the Firehouse Center and many on-going activities.

Long Weekend at the Beach

Jackie is awesome and was so responsive. She pre-emptively gave us check in details, directions, and even some local information on how to find the "small beach." It was awesome. The cottage was well kept and we loved sitting out on the porch in the evenings. Thank you for a great vacation!

Cozy Cottage

This is a great spot. Cozy and clean. Would suggest bringing extra pillows but close to the beach and they had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. It was a delightful stay. Jackie was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth!

Eclectic cottage

Nice outdoor fire pit/deck area. A bit of a walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Overall an excellent value.

Finally retiring! Will be traveling and would love for someone new to enjoy my home. I've raised 2 sons in this house for 30 years. They are out on their own and now it's time for new adventures for me.

Why they chose this property

The house is the perfect size for a couple or small family. You will definitely feel like you're on an island but anything you need you can find within a short car ride. You don't even have to leave the island if you don't want to. We have a good number of restaurants/bars within walking distance and there is a convenience store for any forgotten supplies.
