Experience peaceful living in this beautiful Hampton home, a short stroll away from both the ocean beach and the bay with a deeded right of way access.

This luxury 4-bedroom, 2+ bathroom house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Dune Rd and comes equipped with a Viking kitchen, central AC, 300mb WiFi, cable and apple TV, new wrap around deck, and an outdoor cedar shower.

Two independent central air-conditioning systems for a total of 5 ton capacity. Great sunny living room with beamed cathedral ceilings and large windows offers views of the ocean dunes and some views of the Moriches Bay.

The house has a baby crib and a high chair.

Wonderful time

The house was exactly as it is pictured and very clean. It’s a short walk to the beach and short drive to the town. Yulia was very responsive throughout the stay and helpful. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely stay with friends

Great location for a beautiful and quiet fall weekend with old friends. We enjoyed the open concept floorplan and made good use of the kitchen to cook our own meals and the open space to all hang out together. We loved walking on the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. Everything went smoothly upon arrival and we didn’t have any problems during our stay.

Awesome House!

We enjoyed our long weekend very much at the house. It’s on a cul-de-sac which made it very easy to walk our two dogs. The layout of the house was perfect for 8 people and we never felt cramped. The beach is across dune road and there’s a wagon, chairs and umbrella for convenience. 👍

Excellent property. Location is a short walk to access either Ocean or Bay. Ony complaint, for a beach property, the house should have more towels - as only 1 large bath towel is provided per person and bathrooms had no hand towels. We bought more.

Stay Felt like a Getaway

The house is modern, spacious & comfortable. Its layout is great for people who wake & sleep at different times. A door (to a hallway) separates the gathering spaces from the bedrooms/bathrooms. We spent a lot of time at the table (with umbrella) on the deck.

Perfect!

This beach house was just perfect for us! It was clean. The layout of the house was what a beach house should be, a very large open space living area, the bedrooms and bathrooms were tucked away off to one side of the house. This worked perfectly for those (kiddos) that like to sleep in and not be disturbed. The outside deck was impressively a good size.

The location was fantastic. It says a 6 min walk to beach or so, in the listing, and it’s really only 3. However, the house and property is eh for the price paid. The grill is not something you want to put food on, no towels (hand,bath or beach), the TV is from 2001, etc. I would stay there again and enjoy it again but not for what i paid.

Exactly what we needed

I have nothing but great things to say about this house. It was exactly as advertised (aside from it saying it’s 2,000 sf. The house might be in total but you don’t have access to that much space, which was totally fine regardless). It was clean, it had everything we needed. The deck is awesome, the proximity to the beach was great (you do have to walk around the block to get to the access, there’s no shortcut from the house but it’s a 5 min walk). Very quiet, great neighbors. I would 100% go back and 10/10 recommend. Thank you for having us!

Whole family vaca

Prime location with a great set up. Staying off Dunes road makes the entire vacation so easy with all the best West Hampton has to offer. We stayed with three generations of family members and everyone had a great time. The house and amenities are accurate, clean and well kept. The two zone A/C kept everyone happy and the layout of the house allowed for people to sleep in or stay up without disturbing others. The walk to the beach was easy and the wagon that was provided was very helpful for the youngsters. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but just a quick drive to downtown. The small touches like plenty of bath towels, appropriate amount of paper towels/toilet paper was much appreciated. We would definitely come back to this gem. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay in Westhampton beach! Our favorite thing about this property was just how big and open the living space was. For our group of 7 adults (and one baby) it made it easy to sit around and play board games, do puzzles, or enjoy meals in. Andrey was fantastic to communicate with both prior to and during our stay. Very accommodating and quick to respond. The beach near the house is beautiful, a bit of a walk but well worth it. We often had someone drop us at the walkway with all of our chairs and coolers and then park back at the house and walk back. We found this to be easier than walking the few blocks with all of our hands full (especially since having the baby meant lots of stuff!). Beautiful area and lots of great restaurants and shops in Westhampton. If you like dirty martinis, the hot and dirty at Flora or Fauna can’t be missed!

Excellent location but lacking amenities

Nice layout and owner replied promptly when issues were raised. However it was a poorly stocked kitchen; limited utensils and dishware for an 8 guest house ( i.e. only 5 bowls, 4 wineglasses, etc), no mixing bowls, casserole dishes, toaster oven, oven mitts or kitchen towels! The microwave panels don’t light up and are impossible to read. The small drink refrigerator is leaking water. The deck table and decking contain numerous shards of glass ( the owner told me a previous renter had shattered the tabletop). Finally, there was an insufficient supply of toilet paper, which ran out in 2 days. Again the owner was responsive but we shouldn’t have needed to worry about it.

Excellent beach house

This was my very first time renting a beach house in Westhampton. The house was beautiful!!! So close to the beach and town!! Wonderful communication with the property owner! My only advice would be to have more towels and toilet paper!!! Lol!!

Nice retreat

Nice house and location. Across the street from beach so easy, short walk. House has ample size bedrooms/bathrooms with a good size open floor plan living room/kitchen with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows. Nice size deck too. One towel per bedside is provided but nothing in bathrooms. Also no soaps for bathrooms/kitchen/dishwasher or kitchen trash bags. This is fine if you are prepared. It would be helpful if stated in description so as not to be caught off guard upon your arrival. Communication with Owner could have been better.
