HUGE yard for the kids! Enjoy the fenced-in very sunny backyard that is child friendly, with a redwood swing set and a hammock under large shade trees.
Great water views from dining area, master suite and second floor deck. A public boat ramp is a 1/4 mile away. The Cape Cod nautical interior decor constantly reminds you of where you are. The house is renovated with newer appliances in kitchen & a flagstone patio to enjoy the outdoors. A balcony deck on the second floor is great for entertaining.
