Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away.

Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer.

Covered parking for 2 cars.

Great location very close to the beach and shopping/food options! Loved that they had 2 dedicated parking spots in case the street parking gets full. Great for big families because there are many hang out spots and each room has a TV. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again!

Terrific trip to Pismo Beach

Great place within easy walking distance of the beach, trails and restaurants. Comes with off street parking so getting around is easy too. I recommend staying here if traveling with the right size group.

The property was in reasonable condition for the fantastic price. The property is a 4 bedroom 2 bath and fit my family. It definitely fit the description and was comfortable. It was 1.5 blocks to the beach! Check in/out was a breeze. Just know they don't put any instructions in the VRBO app as most rental companies do, so you'll need to fish thought emails to find info from their rental company. This particular unit (A) was facing a very busy one-way street on an incline with a signal at the top of the road next to the property. So all commercial traffic for downtown Pismo, i.e., all delivery trucks resupplying Pismo businesses downtown (early mornings!!) use this route. So be prepared for a lot of trucks and vehicles to stop at the signal (on an incline), then take off uphill, reviving their engines, to use this route, starting at 6a-7a. Sunday was blissful not hearing the traffic. I thought because it said not pets that it was pet free, but the smell told a different story. It said no pets without consent, so my bad. I guess some people gained consent. It smelled like dog. I don't have dogs, so maybe not an issue for most dog lovers. A nice place but beware if you want a quite unit. Cathy

Great location for a family stay

Location is 2.5 blocks to the beach. Lots of space. Great pool table that kept the teens off their devices. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for what we needed

Great property in a great location. Close to small markets, food, and the beach. Plenty of room (two living rooms was great) and decent layout. Was exactly what we were looking for and we had a great time.

It was very clean and essentials, like bathroom tissue and trash bags, were well stocked. The kitchen could use more large baking dishes and maybe a crockpot, but otherwise was had everything needed to cook for a large group. Would highly recommend this place and stay again.

Fantastic place

Me and four old friends met for a guys weekend. The place was perfect. Great location, awesome pool table, 2 living rooms, and a nice little balcony. Highly recommended!

Great location fantastic service

We made a late decision to head down to Pismo Beach for a few days, and we loved this home. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and only two blocks to the beach. The home was better than advertised, and the property manager was easy to reach when we checked after hours. Five Stars!

Great Space for Groups

Our group of 9 adults was able to enjoy this space comfortably. The listing is accurate and the property managers are responsive to questions and concerns. The location is hard to beat, being just a few blocks from great Pismo Beach attractions.
