This detached guest house will give you access to a gorgeous dock complete with private parking and located less than 20 minutes, by boat or car, from world class beaches and Destin. Wake up in the morning and watch the porpoise jump from the dock, throw a line, go for a swim, paddleboard, kayak (provided) or just relax with a cup of coffee. We will work with ALL DOD and DOD contractors and personnel. Please contact us for details.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The host was available and helpful. The amenities were even better than advertised. Every detail had been carefully thought out. The boat ramp was very convenient to our location. The property is absolutely stunning. 10/10.

5 stars is not enough!

This place is absolutely perfect! If you are looking for the cleanest place, great location, amazing perks like a mini sand beach with amazing view and a dock well do not look further this is it. I went with my jetski and Rick (owner) was kind enough to let me use their dock with my jetski, his water hose and he also gave me a water spray nozzle for my jet. The place is very quiet at nights so you can get a great sleep with a very comfortable queen bed. The whole place has lights for easy visibility at nights. Everything was very clean and they have everything you need as for basics in the kitchen. The Owner Rick was very friendly and communicative. He makes you feel very welcomed. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit to Destin and I already recommended this place to several friends. Thank you Rick for making my stay a great experience, see you soon!

You will be able to visit the beach or set-up on the dock in some of the prettiest, clearest water in Florida!

What makes this property unique

Swim, Kayak, Paddleboard, laze around in a hammock or play cornhole. Bring your boat (up to 25 feet) and tie up in you own private boat slip. 15 minutes to Crab Island!!!
