Looking for a relaxing Cape Cod Vacation? Look no further! Beautiful shared private beach 600 ft away. This home offers three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 bathrooms, formal dining room, living room and a large family room. There is also a 55” smart TV in the family room and a 43” smart tv in the bedroom with 4 twins. Enjoy a large selection of puzzles & games for all ages. Window ac’s are throughout the home, providing maximum comfort during those hot days. Washer and dryer located in basement.

The back yard offers a gas grill, fire pit and chairs, picnic table with umbrella, lounge and Adirondack chairs, and a shuffleboard court. The rental comes with the use of the Salt Air Village, which consists of 30 acres- including a frog pond, woods, trails, two fields, horseshoe pits, basketball court and volleyball court. The association also runs village family activities periodically throughout the summer.

Please note: Home has streaming services only. No cable. Also, no Outside shower.

Awesome trip.House is very nice, we had 9 people staying there and had plenty of room, everything you need is there. Landlords are fantastic and right there if you need anything. The private beach is just a few minute walk, and the shuffle board in the yard was a great addition. I would highly recommend this place to stay !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Old Warf road house was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the private beach, the volleyball court. The house itself is perfect for 2 families, with its different « zones » everyone is able to have personal space to relax.
