Our beautiful/ LUX 1BDR is located in the heart of Broad Ripple, with a view to Monon Trail, steps away from the best restaurants, bars, clubs and parks the area has to offer. Place has easy access to all the Indianapolis downtown attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, cookware etc. Garage parking is provided for your convenience.

Very secure building with easy access and exit. Lots of parking in secured garage. Room size perfect for 2 people. Would be tight for anymore than that. Right off of Monon trail and close to multiple restaurant choices.

Great property in Broad Ripple!

Lovely property, great location and exceptionally clean! Our host went out of her way to communicate and check in with me. I really appreciated all the ways she made our stay great! The code for getting into the building didn’t work, that was the only problem.

We were very pleased with this property and neighborhood. Everything was just as expected and represented. It was particularly nice to have the garage parking convenience. The space was spotless! Completely as represented online. We had stayed here before and were right at home when we arrived. As described, everything needed was there including coffee! Great location on the Monon Trail just out the door. Very safe. Shops and restaurants all walkable. Secure garage parking spot a plus despite plenty of free street parking. Highly recommended!
