Great property. Lots of space for a large group. The pool was our favorite part, big enough for all to hang out in and the property provided plenty of extra towels for the pool. The rooftop patio was nice to watch the sunset. We had a great time and will be back.

10/10 kids loved the pool. Plenty of space, elevator was great for loading/unloading, someone came out to clean the pool & was very nice. Loved that they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Host was very helpful with any questions.

We had a wonderful stay over spring break.We enjoyed it so much, we extended out stay. The location is convenient and close to everything. The house is cute, cozy and very comfortable for a large group (it was 6 of us). Beds are very comfortable. Fantastic communication and support.

The house was very clean and well kept! When I reached out later at night they responded promptly in the morning and had someone come check on things we were concerned with. We thought that the fridge wasn’t working upstairs but it seemed like it just took awhile to get things cold. Our only complaint from the weekend was that the downstairs apartment was humid but cool. They had a portable ac unit in the room that was hooked up to a window near the pool so that is probably why it was humid.

Perfect Family Vacation

Plenty of space for our family. Loved all the patio space, open dining and living space and the large apartment area on the bottom floor. Will definitely be back!

We were unable to get in by the check-in time. Once we got in, the Air Conditioner did not work on the second level. The bottom floor did not get below 77 with the air-conditioning unit that they had in there. The stove quit the second night so we were unable to cook the 800 worth of groceries that we had delivered. They tried to make it right and delivered a two burner, but it just didn’t work for the family that we were feeding. The pool was dirty to the point where we never got in it. The grill worked great and was clean. All of the linens and bedding were very clean. And the location was perfect! The Port A vacation company was wonderful with communication! Very responsive!

Coastal retreat

Lots of space to relax and unwind especially on the balconies and roof top deck where you can see the beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds and great family room. Lots of wonderful family memories made this summer.

Beach side oasis

We loved every minute in the house!! It was clean, spacious, warm and inviting. We loved the beach theme in every room. Spacious dinning room and living room. There was enough space for all of us to play games and hang out in the evenings. The pool was fantastic!! We would stay there again!!

3 generations family vacation

We loved our stay and were all sad we didn’t stay longer. The elevator helped with my 80+ mom being able to get from pool, rooms and living area. We drove to the beach and wonderful restaurants but also enjoyed cooking several meals here. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or to get some “me time”. We will be back.

Coastie Spring Break 2026

We were a party of 8! This was my son’s spring break from the US Coast Guard Academy so we brought him home! The neighborhood & house were awesome! We were very comfortable and able to cook our planned meals! Very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Excellent shared space great room that was the main living room and kitchen. Decks on all levels. The rooftop is what sold us on this versus other units we were looking. Sunrise, sunset, and mid-day views of the Gulf over other rooftops was really nice. Overall very nice, well appointed and with plenty of towels and starter soaps. A few maintenance items will be noted to the agent, but did not affect our stay. On-site pool is nice, but not heated, however 2 community pools are heated. Check in was easy, but we didn’t receive notice of ready until after our check in time. We arrived promptly at 4PM & had to call to get in the gate but were helped immediately. Room was still being cleaned, but we got in 30 minutes after we arrived.

The view was beautiful, properly well maintained and gated. Quiet and respectful. I do wish two towels were allocated per person if they stay over 2 days. I would have your maintenence team would work on the bottom floor bathroom. Cracked tiles, mold and mildew. Lastly, shout to the gentlemen who worked on our elevator. They were awesome.

The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The open kitchen and living area were perfect. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our family. We traveled to the beach in our cars and did not rent a golf cart.
