About this property

Enjoy a spacious home in a great, quiet metropolitan area in San Juan , Puerto Rico. This home has 3 nice bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests.

As you walk inside, you will get into the balcony area where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine. In the main entrance you will find a sofa and the family room with a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and air conditioner (Mini split). A door divides the family from the dinning area with chairs for 4 guest and a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, electrical stove, oven, coffee maker and more.

The master bedroom have its own private bathroom, a queen size bed, large closets and mini split unit. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed, both with air conditioner. The closed garage has space for up to one (1) car, while safe street parking is also available. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks.

A great terrace with a nice hammock is perfect for getting together and enjoy a nice breeze. This beautiful and spacious home offers a great place to stay.

My home is just a corner of a main street where you can walk by and get into restaurant, wine bars, recreational park with running trail, shopping mall, transportation and much more.

Close to everything, Plaza Las Americas is 5 Minutes, International Airport is 15 minutes, Beaches 10 minutes, Old San Juan 10 Minutes. You will love this place.

Terrible Experience! It was a scam!

I booked the rental a week before my stay on Vrbo. The money was taken from my account, but I hadnt heard from the owner. I hadn't ever used Vrbo, So on the day of my stay, my family (82 yr old grandfather, almost 60 yr old mother, aunt and I) drove 2 hours to the house while messaging via the app and calling the nunber listed. The first call was answered then hung up. After that the owner didn't answer. We made it to the address but when we arrived another family was there because they had rented the home for the entire month on another rental site tgat starts with an A. The family said they had been in contact with the owner, but he stopped replying to them when they called to complain that the AC wasn't working and the power wasn't staying on. It was 4th of July weekend and we kept calling because we had nowhere else to stay. Vrbo couldn't find us anywhere to stay either. So we had to drive 2 hours back to a family members home at 10 PM. We didnt make it home until Midnight! My grandfather was exhausted and uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience and when the owner finally called back, hours later, he took no responsibility and he tried blaming Vrbo for accepting the reservation. I would not recommend this owner or this listing. It was a scam! He had my money in his account and didn't let me know it was already booked.
