Great place for a relaxing getaway in the Berkeley Springs area. Host was extremely responsive and the hot tub and fire pit were great amenities. House is in a great location close to both Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.

The home and the setting are beautiful. The home is nicely kept and well stocked for a relaxing stay. The hot tub is a very nice plus! The owner responded quickly to any inquiries about our stay. My wife and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was well-appointed with lots of amenities. Kitchen had many spices and bowls, pans, etc. The hot tub was warm and ready, grill was clean and propane tank full, and there was plenty of firewood for the firepit. Communication and directions were clear, information binder was available and closing instructions were simple.

This place was absolutely perfect in every way, clean, neat, spacious but cozy at the same time. We walked our dogs along the sizeable driveway & we enjoyed the deck outside.We look forward to our next visit when the weather is a little warmer!

The cabin was exactly what we wanted and as described it was secluded and beautiful. The house provided a lot of amenities, which was nice the bath towels and towels for the hot tub were really lovely. We even had a bottle of wine when we checked in and that was very nice as well!!!We really enjoyed the hot tub and the host was amazing. It was truly a perfect weekend. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely cottage in the woods

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we soent some family time together. The cottage was clean, well stocked with the basics for cooking, lots of towels , a nice hot tub and a foos ball table which my husband and grandson greatly enjoyed.

West Virginia Beauty

The woods here in the spring are so beautiful! The cabin is very nice, with comfy beds and a full kitchen. Having Berkeley Springs nearby was great for the spa massage.
