About this property

This two-storey townhouse, 982 ft sq, is in a boutique resort with only 46 units called Mystic Springs. The complex features the largest outdoor swimming pool in Canmore, giant hot tub, and a beautiful inner courtyard. You are within a 10 minute walk to Canmore town centre and a 15 minute drive to Banff.

POOL & HOT TUB
Largest heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are open from 8am till 10pm. There is a very spacious inner courtyard. In addition with shared BBQ's.

PARKING
Each unit is issued one Mystic Parking Pass. Additional cars need to use street parking.

KITCHEN
You enter into a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, quality cooking basics, tea and coffee.

DINING AREA
Adjacent there is a dining area with a table seating for 4, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

LIVING ROOM
For your relaxation and entertainment, there is a comfy living area featuring a stone-faced fireplace and a large TV with Shaw cable, board games, books, and kids toys as well.

PATIO
There is a second entrance in the living room that opens unto a semi-private patio with two lounging chairs. The patio is is steps aware from the gated swimming pool and overlooks inner courtyard.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, attached en-suite bathroom, TV and a partial mountain view. Separated by a long hallway is the guest bedroom , there is a second bedroom with two double-beds, and a full bathroom right outside the door in the hallway. Vaulted ceilings add space to both bedrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Good place for a decent price

Good place, some older furniture/ entertainment, but is a much better price then the other units. Well worth it

Easter Break

This was an amazing place to stay. A very kid friendly pool and hot tub right out our door was awesome. The location in Canmore was great, close to downtown and quick access to the highway to visit Banff. We will consider staying here again.

Excellent home base for skiing

Perfect home base for skiing. The unit was fully stocked with all the essentials, a cozy fireplace, and comfortable beds. The outdoor hot tub and pool area was a just a few steps off the unit. The building was close enough to walk to downtown Canmore.

Peaceful and Fun

My daughter, granddaughter and I had a wonderful time in the pools, some fabulous scenery and delicious restaurants. The owners were incredibly responsive, helpful and anticipated some needs such as clean towels since I had rented for the week. I highly recommend this property.
