Great, roomy condo!

Really nice condo with plenty of room, and a nice view from the balcony. The master bedroom & bathroom are very spacious and comfortable!

Decent Stay with a few issues

The unit is very spacious, with a lovely view of the golf course. We felt comfortable once we settled in. With regard to the cleanliness of the unit, the only thing that was not clean when we arrived was the kitchen. counter. It needed a good cleaning. As far as the entry key pad, we did have a problem with it. On our second day, Sunday, when we returned from a day out, it was not functioning well, and we were finally able to get it to unlock. We contacted Vacasa immediately, and spoke with someone at the corporate office who was not able to correct the problem. I emphasized the point that we were afraid to leave the unit again for fear of not being able to re-enter the unit and how important it was that we get a call from the local office immediately. I received a call from Matt at the local office within 10 minutes. He was a lifesaver, and got us so we could access the unit until he could get over to us the following day. When he came on Monday, he fixed our problem. Thanks again Matt!! As far as the TV, I would strongly suggest that the owners either get regular cable or leave detailed instructions on how to work it. It took me so long to figure out how to access the Spectrum TV in the living room. And the TV access in the bedroom is done completely different. Very confusing and rather frustrating. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, and the living room sectional was equally comfortable. Kitchen supplies were okay, but I might suggest that the owners invest in a new set of silverware. We did have a few issues with the WIFI going out, which requires unplugging and replugging the router.

Great stay!!

Great condo that has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Quiet but close to the beach. Pool area is great if you want a break from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!!

WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Loved the place! It was very cozy and clean. The golf course view off the back deck was nice, and the walk to the beach was not long! Had plenty amenities. I would definitely recommend to a friend, as well as stay again.

Great Stay

Property was very clean and in a great location. We had one issue which was actually getting into the villa due to the door code not consistently working. The key code provided was also incorrect until a correct one was provided the second day.
