This brand new modern, one bedroom is perched in the trees for tidal views of the ocean and plenty of wildlife. This open-concept space was designed with simplicity while maintaining elegance and style. The sunny space is custom designed with oversize windows, eat-in bar overlooking the trees and distant views of the bay. Relax on the balcony with your favorite beverage while enjoying nature's show of osprey and eagle fishing, seals frolicking, and glowing sunsets.

This loft was just built with a modern open concept design, and 600 square feet of well utilized space. The loft space is accessed via a private door to a stairway. The garage space below is utilized by the owners for storage, and a bathroom for the waterfront tiny "glamp" house located on the water's edge. The cottage can be rented along with the loft apartment as two units for family and friends traveling together. The loft offers high-end appliances, including a Ninja blender for drinks and smoothies, glass top stove, Cuisinart knife block, and non-stick cookware. The luxury bathroom has radiant heat flooring and a custom tiled rain head shower with a granite seat. The king bed is a top-rated Puffy Lux with quality pillows and linens.

Located on the northern side of the quant fishing town of Harpswell, it is centrally located for quick access to popular destinations such as Bowdoin College, Portland, and Boothbay Harbor. You won't travel far to experience nature, fine dining, and Maine's top sightseeing destinations. The loft apartment is located on a well-traveled road that allows quick access to places like downtown Brunswick/Bowdoin College (~4 miles away/7 minutes), Portland (~30 miles away/35 minutes), Camden (~90 miles away 1 hr. 20 min), Boothbay Harbor (~60 miles away/1 hr).

The loft is positioned on the property with two other rentals that can be rented by additional family and friends. They may also be occupied by other guests during your stay. A luxury camping site/cottage is located to the west in which the private bathroom is below the loft, accessible via a private door beneath the loft. A two bedroom/two bath modern cottage is also located to the west. All three places have been designed and built to offer privacy for each accommodation, but also allow families and friends traveling together to be on the same property. All accommodations together can house up to 8 people.
A few restrictions/items to note:
The Maine road, Route 123 is not recommended for recreating (running, walking, and biking) being a well traveled, narrow road with no shoulder. The road can get busy during peak travel times like the summer months.
This cottage is within 75 feet from the water. Close supervision of children is required at all times when occupying the premise. Guests agree to supervise their children at all times when booking this cottage
This place is located on the water and in a residential neighborhood, where sound travels and others live in close proximity. No noise or loud music of any kind is permitted on the property at any time.
The smart TV allows streaming of your subscribed channels. There is no cable TV at this property.
Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay.
