LARGE LOT & RV Fisherman Camp
30 miles to Key West! A classic Keys RV. RV is a 2010 5th wheel in original condition w/bedroom, 2 flat screen tv’s & full kitchen. Room for boat trailer parking. Public ramp a few miles away (free) & fish cleaning station in park. Has a mini fridge & outside cooler. It is in a RV Park in Big Pine Key w/pool and laundry facilities. Bluetooth radio in living room or switch mode to listen to the local radio. It’s a hoot. Outside: sitting area (enclosed w/screen) Yard. Enjoy the key deer visiting. Please admire from a distance…sometimes they just walk up to you. Yard is private & fenced. Parking for one vehicle.
The space
Super location between Key West & Marathon! Bahia Honda State Park 7 miles away. Visit the beach, snorkel, paddle board, kayak, fishing or a drive to the Southern Most Point. This is a Big Pine Key gem. The RV park has a swimming pool, laundry facilities, gas grill and wild key deer. Relax & unwind. Lots of different glass ware for your favorite cocktails and a kitchen to cook. Full linens & towels provided for your camping needs. A Keurig/regular single brew coffee machine and plenty of outside area to enjoy. This camper is well kept & in original condition. A king size mattress is the bedroom with a separate toilet room. Hot showers in club house. The rv does not have hot water. The shower can be made private with enclosed doors. Parking for one vehicle.

This is a big back lot. Very private. Simply drive and park parallel to the camper. No gate or special access required. Can easily fit a large truck. WiFi, cable & cool..
Other things to note
This is a camping experience with lots of comforts of home. We are at zero elevation centered between the sea. We get lots of creatures. Some neat and some not so neat! We keep our place clean and maintained. Leaving food out invites the creatures in. We ask that when renting you are mindful of this and don’t leave food out to bring the creatures in. Being at zero elevation in a RV can quickly cause odors (neighbors dumping tanks) from time to time - just be aware. If you’re looking for a private type of home base while you explore this unique environment of being on an island between two oceans this affordable RV maybe a perfect fit.

sweet safe community
The RV was comfortable and clean, the RV park community was friendly, lots of nature spots nearby and Good Food Conspiracy health food store at MM30 is a big plus in my book. Heather was available (by txt or phone) if needed. Check in smooth. Simply a nice place to stay at a better price than most places, which I appreciate. Thanks Heather.

Host was welcoming, but accomodations were not what we expected. Propane tanks had not been filled and gray water tanks had not been emptied. Ran out of propane and toilet backed uo.

Don’t stay here. Not recommended
The camper smelled of putrid cat urine throughout and one air conditioner didn’t work at all and the other only blew out hot air. The host has been impossible to communicate with and I have only received one message from them and I am still fighting to get a refund because I refused to stay in the camper
