We were just passing through Lubbock on our way home to Houston and grabbed Kevin's small cottage for a quick night. The room was terrific and we hope to use it again love the decorating, love the warm shower, love the bed, love the private outdoor space and the low-drama check-in check out. and the best coffee place in Lubbock is a very short two blocks. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet and we slept so well. I cannot say enough about how good it was. We had our two dogs with us and it couldn't be more perfect for them too. LOVED IT!

This property is super cute and cozy—perfect for a short stay. It’s in a great location, close to TTU, which made getting around really easy. I was very hot when we checked in - it was 100 outside and the AC was off, but we left for a few hours and the place was cooler when we came back and became a comfortable retreat. Will definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed this host’s properties before and his communication is top shelf: timely, through, helpful, accurate. Thank you!!!! This particular property was just as described and we loved it. Though small in size, the smart layout was quite comfortable. The private courtyard was perfect for us and our small dog.
