The main level includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, and office space. The living room also has a queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper. The condo is adorned with charming wood shutters and 2 gas fireplaces. The lofted master bedroom has a king bed, and the master bath features a shower, soaking tub, and laundry facilities. Enjoy the expansive 29x10 private patio with stunning city skyline views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances and plenty of workspace. Cable TV is available through the AT&T Direct Stream app.

- To finalize your booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement.
- Rentals exceeding 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- To lock the front door, lift the handle before turning the key.
- Please do not tamper with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- You’re welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided, but you may use any left by previous guests. Please supervise the grill at all times and clean it after use.

*Hot Tub Guidelines:
- The hot tub is available from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Consult a doctor before use if you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, or are elderly.
- Young children should not use the hot tub. If a minor uses it, they must be supervised at all times.
- The hot tub’s pH level is tested daily and maintained at a safe level.
- Do not remove the time-released chlorine device from the hot tub.
- The temperature is set to 100 degrees, below the legal maximum of 104 degrees.
- Limit hot tub use to 15 minutes at a time.
- Alcohol is not allowed in the hot tub.
- Rinse swimsuits with water before use to prevent altering the pH level.
- Use a shock treatment container after each use.
- Any soaps, bath products, or food in the tub will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
- No glass near or in the hot tub; a $200 cleaning fee applies for broken glass.
- Keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use.
- White particles in the water are normal due to bromide sanitizing.
- By using the hot tub, you agree to protect the host, owner, and staff from any claims, damages, or losses related to its use, including injury or property damage.
