Family and pet friendly spacious condo in a safe & pristine gated community. Outdoor pool, sand volleyball, tennis, putting green, playground and gym. Four minute drive to beach (multiple public beach access parking areas available), 2 minute drive to Arcadia golf course and dining.
First bedroom has a private entrance with private bathroom and walk in closet. Closet contains an iron and ironing board, a high chair, pack and play, and a child size table with four chairs. The room has two chairs and a television.
Second bedroom has two queen size beds, walk in closet and television along with entrance to second bathroom.
Third bedroom is the Carolina room which has a full size sofa bed and desk with chair. There is a toy box with various children games. The room is separated from living room with French doors. Blinds can be lowered to provide privacy.
The living room has a queen size sleeper, television with cable, and a separate entrance to bathroom. A wet bar with wine glasses separates living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is stocked with high quality amenities including Pfaltzgraff dishes, cooking utensils, blender, mixer, pots and pans, casserole dishes, sheet pans, cutting boards,
basic spices, and Keurig coffee maker. First morning coffee, tea and cream is provided. The table seats four and we have a set of large heavy duty TV trays.
The closet in entryway contains 4 nautilus beach chairs, one child beach chair with umbrella, an all terrain rolling ice chest, beach towels, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and a volleyball.
Full size washer and dryer are located in hall between living room and first bedroom. Starter laundry detergent provided.
Both bathrooms have towels, wash clothes, starter amounts of soap, shampoo and sunscreen. A hair dryer is located in first bathroom.

Julie’s property was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, (kitchen, laundry, beach, etc…). Just a 4 to 5 minute drive to the beach, outlets, Walmart, food store, and more, (excellent location). There is a very nice pool and multi hole putting green as well as a barbecue area. Couldn’t ask for more. Julie was easy to contact and communicate with. We liked it so much that as we checked out, we asked if we could book the same week for next year. Brian

The condo was absolutely beautiful and in such a great location! Our family truly enjoyed our time there and have already discussed planning a future trip. Home away from home

This ticked all the boxes. The host's were absolutely amazing. We traveled to Myrtle Beach for the first half of our family vacation to have a celebration of life. This location is easy to get to, has several shops close by and it is right off the main strip. I enjoyed that it was so close to everything but was quiet! The home was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. The gated community was clean and all the residents were very kind and helpful. My kids loved it! They had to share a room, but they were still happy shockingly. We appreciated the host's kindness and the ease of communication. If you need a place to stay I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Fantastic stay

Highly recommend this condo! We loved the location, cleanliness, and gated neighborhood. It's also a really cute unit! It gave us the needed space for my daughter to relax throughout her dance competition. Everyone was friendly and Julie was the perfect host. Our small dog enjoyed all the green space- I felt very comfortable even late at night taking her out. Everything was exactly as described.

Awesome place!

This condo was exactly as described. Even better than that, was the owner, Julie! She was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating. My son and I were moving to the area and needed a short term place to stay. We stayed for two months, with our two smaller dogs (under 30lbs). Her condo literally had everything!!! She thought of every single thing you might need to cook with, and then some! Every room has a Wi-Fi enabled tv and there is cable. My son was attending school online during the day and on his PlayStation in the evenings. I was intermittently working from home too and we never had any issues with the internet. The condo also has its own washer and dryer. My son and I enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. We also loved being able to bike to the beach! There are plenty of potty spots around the complex for the dogs too. If I could rate this condo and Julie (as well as her husband) more than 5 stars, I would!!!! Thank you so much Julie and Farrokh for hosting us and making our move a bit easier!

We enjoyed staying at this condominium. It had all we needed. Unfortunately we were not able to have a rented golf cart at the facility. Only owned golf carts are allowed. Beaches closes to the condominium were private. Parking was not allowed either. It was also private. We had to go more than a “ mile from beach” to access a public beach entrance😟. Proximity to Ripken Experience for our son’s baseball ⚾️ tournament was great. Definitely a 👍 !!

Our experience at Savannah Shores was absolutely amazing. When we arrived, we couldn’t help but notice how clean and well decorated this place was! Although there was only two of us, it was very spacious and provided a lot of room for larger parties. Julie was great to communicate with and we couldn’t be more happy with the location. Very clean and cozy condo. Lots of things to do close to it , loved the community, we used the fitness center and it was great, only thing that we were a littl dissapointd was that we were told that the pool was going to be heated while we stayed there but it was never turned on, not that was the host fault but for the kids was a little dissapointed. Will def book there again

My husband (university professor) and I (nurse practitioner) are newly retired and love it. We live in rural Southern Illinois and enjoy being near family and friends. Our daughters, son in laws, and grandchildren are fond of Myrtle Beach and we all like to spend time there.
We rent our condo during the times that none of us are visiting Myrtle Beach. I (Julie) have been a host for the past 3 years and the endeavor has been enjoyable. I've met so many nice people throughout this process and plan to continue for a long time.

Why they chose this property

Our family and ourselves love Myrtle Beach and we have dreamed of owning property here. Savannah Shores is perfect because of the beauty of the gated community and the availability of outdoor amenities. We want to live close to the ocean but not directly beach front since we value privacy and quiet times. Thus, we can walk one mile and enjoy the beach, return home, cook on the grill, and enjoy our pool. Great restaurants are a 0.3 mile walk and Tangier Outlet is 0.9 miles.
