A quiet oasis in the heart of Coeur d'Alene's Fabulous Sanders Beach Neighborhood and literally on Tubbs Hill! Only 2 Blocks from the Lake and also 3 blocks to Downtown McEuen Park, City Library, etc. ~6 blocks to Sherman Ave.
Fully Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Home with Granite Counters, Hardwood Floors, Stainless Steel Appliances, Wet Bar, Large Private Deck looking out to Tubbs Hill, 2 Car Garage. BBQ and Outdoor gas firepit, Paddleboard available to use. Available for 14 day minimum stay. Sorry, no pets.
Layout is as follows: The Main Level has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a smaller totally separate basement area that is not included in the rental.
