Property was clean and quiet. It was actually a condo (end unit), but that wasn't an issue. We enjoyed using the dry sauna after hiking. We were there at the end of summer and found the house was able to maintain a good temperature as the evenings were chilly.

The rooms were large, we cooked quite a bit and it had most cookware, the laundry facilities were clean and newer. Beds on the firm side but comfortable. Master shower is a bit small, master toilet needs the toilet flapper adjusted and did not have an iron (but I bought one and left it) but those are really small issues and would def stay again.

Clean Stay in Fairbanks

Winter vacation

We booked this place last minute and really enjoyed the space and amenities. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we had planned activities and meals out, we did eat breakfast there each day (kitchen well stocked). We really enjoyed the sauna.

Check-in was easy. The place was spacious, however, the dining area and shower were small. Well stocked. Close to airport, however, this created noise as well as noise from the highway. Overall, it was clean, but some areas, not as much, like dust on floors and night stands/lamps. In one room, the window crank was stripped, so the window would not completely close. This must have been stripped for quite some time as the inside of the window had built-up dirt. We had no check-out instructions except to turn down the thermostats.

Upstairs too hot

Need window a/c or mini split a/c units in upstairs. Or overhead ceiling fans. Cost for overdone shower could have paid for those items. Couldn’t get out of spray. Water went all over floor.
