You'll be just over a mile from Wells Beach and North Moody Beach, and only three miles from Ogunquit Beach. There are at least four golf courses within a 10-mile drive, not to mention charming clam shacks and antique shops at the Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel only 1.25 miles away.

After a sunny day spent at the beach (with a beach cart, folding chairs, and an umbrella provided for your use), come home to luxuriate in the property's lovely outdoor spaces. Watch your kids play in the grassy yard, light the gas grill for a summer barbecue on the deck, and savor an evening glass of wine on the balcony adjoining one of the upstairs bedrooms.

The interior was beautifully renovated in 2020, offering updated bathrooms, complimentary WiFi, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all summer. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with every essential, a light-filled dining room, and an inviting living room where you can gather for family movies.

This home boasts 2,000+ square feet with three king bedrooms, a queen, and a twin bedroom, providing space for everyone. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with the other three bedrooms upstairs. Additional features of the house include a full bathroom on each floor and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
