Lovely Wells Beach Summer Home & Guest House/Ocean View/Steps from the Beach
Enjoy a wonderful vacation in a comfortable year-round home, just steps from the beach. Enjoy long walks on the beach to view the wildlife, beautiful sunrises over the beach and sunsets over the marsh. Weekly rentals -July and August(Saturday to Saturday only).
Maine House:
Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms(1 king, 1 queen, 1 full), Full Bath
Downstairs: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Full Size Washer & Dryer and Large Dining Area. Front Sunroom with a Queen Sleeper Couch and TV, Living Room with Large Sectional Couch, TV/Cable & Wi-Fi.
Guest House:
Upstairs: Living/Kitchen Area, 1 Bedroom(1full, 2 twins(bunkbed), Half Bath
Downstairs: Shower Room, Full Size Washer & Dryer, Bikes and Beach Chairs/Umbrella!
Large Yard Area with Gas Grill, Picnic Tables/Chairs, Lounge and Adirondack Chairs to Relax in!
Outdoor Shower
Early weeks in the beautiful months of June & September at reduced rates. During the off season the main house is only available for the rates provided. (3 night minimum-off season)
