Best Ever

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Convenient to good restaurants and 15 minutes to CoolToday ballpark. Will definitely stay again. Host was very attentive.

Amazing place

My adult children and I were in the area for a wedding. The house was extremely clean and organized. It was obvious the owner put in alot of time and energy in the property, Olga thought of everything. We had a beach day and the house had everything we needed to enjoy the day, that was a pleasant surprise that there was umbrellas and beach chairs for us. The house was spacious and we all had enough privacy. I would highly recommend this property, beautiful home with a great owner.

Nice and clean

The house was nice and clean we had 4 adults staying other than the master bedroom the beds in the other rooms where to small. The one room that was was set up for kids had a nice dresser and closet. Tiny room had a bigger bed but no dresser and a small closet. Did see where kids would enjoy staying there nothing for them

Respectfully, this review is written from a desire to find something wrong where there was otherwise nothing to comment on-- the guest had additional, unregistered people accessing the property and staying overnight (initially against policy) and evidently disliked being asked to pay a fee for them. Upon leaving, a few of the provided colored towels were ruined and a weeks worth of garbage was put into the bin specifically labelled as "paper and cardboard", which is unacceptable by the North Port City and community. And more importantly, this house and its rooms are tailored towards an adult demographic as is supported by a strict no-child under 12 policy, with a maximum 4-guest stay in an almost 1900 sq ft home.
