Dispose of any trash in the bin conveniently located by the side of the house. If your stay includes Sunday, please put trash bin down by the street as trash is collected Monday morning.
For the last touch, we kindly request you to place all used dishes in the dishwasher, start the cycle, and find additional detergent conveniently located under the sink.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Our group of seven stayed from Friday through Sunday while attending a concert at Ruoff Music Center, and the location could not have been better. The venue was just minutes away, and restaurants, bars, and other activities were just a short Uber ride away.The house was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy the weekend together. We never felt crowded, and it made for the perfect home base for our trip.The host was great to work with, providing clear communication before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place to stay in the area!

The home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and up to our high standards upon check in. The door worked well with our code to get in. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would think of to use and helped us prepare breakfast in the mornings, we ate out the remainder of the day but could have prepared our food in the beautiful kitchen. Everything was beautifully updated. I forgot my fan and was delighted to see a fan available for me to use. The bedding and mattress were so soft. We would love to stay here again in the future!

I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. We went for thrift shopping and had a blast! We have decided this will be a yearly get together if crystal will have us! The location was amazing!

Everything was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms upstairs with the bedtooms was a fabulous convenience. Very close to all shopping and restaurants. Very very nice area the home is in a Quiet neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to spent time in your home.

Perfect location

We were staying in town for a basketball tournament and this house was perfect for the location of our games. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
