Well stocked, clean and beautiful accompdations. Kind of expensive, but the layout and everything else was just perfect.

Great Location on the Lake

I stayed here with my aging parents. We enjoyed the beautiful log home and lovely lake shore view and access. We enjoyed hiking at nearby Temperance River, Oberg, and Tettagouche State Park. What would be really nice is just a few more things to make the stay comfortable: kleenex in all bedrooms, tinfoil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, napkins, shampoo and conditioner, and a hair dryer in each bathroom.

Beautiful lakeside cabin!

Large, cozy, well-appointed cabin with beautiful lake views. Plenty of room for mom/dad and 2 teens who like their space with room to spare. Easy drive to Grand Marais with plenty of hiking trails in either direction north and south. Would stay here in any season.

Gorgeous property

Love this property. Only feet away from the Superior shoreline. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the sound of the water colliding with the rocks. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Superior, my recent cabin retreat was a serene escape. The cabin seamlessly blended cozy comforts with natural beauty, providing the ideal setting for relaxation. The private deck became my sanctuary, offering stunning lake views that were especially magical during sunrise. The cabin's proximity to the lake allowed for leisurely strolls along the shoreline and moments of peaceful contemplation. Evenings were a starlit spectacle, accompanied by the soothing melody of lapping waves. If you want a quiet break, this cabin is perfect. It's like a peaceful hideout where you can unwind by the lake. I wish I could've stayed longer and can't wait to go back someday.
